| It is the duty
of the probation officer to provide
individualized, community-based
supervision to offenders ordered to
complete a term of probation
supervision. Tazewell County probation
officers shall operate under a
philosophy that integrates both law
enforcement and current evidence-based
practice in order to best achieve the
organization�s vision and mission.

expectations for both themselves and the
