Annual Surface Maintenance Program |

Each year the entire county highway
system is inspected and a condition
rating survey is performed to determine
which county highways require preventive
surface maintenance. The results of the
survey provide an objective ranking
system to assist in setting priorities
for our annual surface maintenance
program within our limited revenues.
This system ensures the application of
HMA (Hot-Mix Asphalt), sealcoat, and
other surface treatments are based on
